The following expenses will be applied:
- Cancellation at least 30 days before the arrival date:
Full refund of the amount of the reservation fee made through our services. - Cancellation between 14 and 30 days before the arrival date:
50% of the reservation fee. - Cancellation 14 days before the arrival date:
100% of the reservation fee. - No show:
100% of the reservation fee.
Security Deposit
In order to cover the risk of damage that the tenant may cause during his stay, ServiTurismo requires a Security Deposit which will be reimbursed according to the following terms:
- If the Security Deposit has been paid in cash on the day of arrival, it will be refunded in cash on the day of departure.
- If the Security Deposit has been paid by bank transfer, it will be refunded by bank transfer within 2/3 days after the state of the property has been ascertained and is found to be satisfactory.
- If the tenant leaves the property before 9.00 am, he/she must inform us so that one of our agent can visit the property the evening before. In such a case ServiTurismo will keep the amount of the Security Deposit which will be refunded within 48 hours by bank transfer once the state of the property has been ascertained and is found to be satisfactory.
The amount of this Security Deposit will be confirmed upon booking.
